Goofy for Gingerbread

Pastry Chef Rose Deneen will demonstrate the basics of building and decorating a variety of sweet treats such as a gingerbread house, gingerbread people, and a 3-D gingerbread sleigh with reindeer. Recipes and samples will be included! This program is open to valid Palatine Library District cardholders 14 and older only.

Wizard Rock Concert

Thursday, October 22, 7:00 - 8: 30 p.m.

"Wrock" out Harry Potter-style to live music played by Chicago-based bands Dreary Inferi and Diagon Alley. Enjoy Mugglelicious grub and feel free to dress according to your favorite Hogwarts house!

The first 100 teens who register will have their names added to a raffle drawing to win a Flip video camcorder during the concert; must be present to win.
